Cary Downtown Farmers Market

Open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the Cary Downtown Farmers Market has been doling out locally-grown produce to residents for over 20 years. Western Wake Farmers Market

This farmers market has two locations in North Carolina, one in Cary and nearby Morrisville. The Western Wake Farmers Market in Cary opens at 10 a.m. every Sunday from May to Labor Day weekend. Meanwhile, the Morrisville farmers market opens at 8 a.m. every Saturday from April to September, and 9:30 a.m. from December to March.

Midtown Raleigh Farmers Market

Situated in a vibrant community setting, the Midtown Raleigh Farmers Market is a great way for you and the family to enjoy a day out. Here you can buy local, family-farmed produce while learning about sustainable farming methods. You’ll also find 35 vendors dishing out a variety of specialty desserts, breads, cheeses, nuts, meats, and organic juice. Other items for sale range from arts and crafts to wood-crafted jewelry and accessories.

But wait, there’s more! The Midtown Raleigh Farmers Market also features festivals, live music, food trucks, and cooking demos. If you’re interested, the market opens at 8 a.m. every Saturday from April 15 to Nov. 4.

Raleigh Downtown Farmers Market

For an event that brings together quality farmers, food artisans, and North Carolina residents, the Raleigh Downtown Farmers Market should hold a spot on your itinerary. It opens at 11 a.m. every Wednesday from April 19 to Oct. 11. It’s a premier venue for everything fresh and local, including seafood, baked goods, cheese, organic foods, peanuts, pasta, ice cream, and more.

You can also shop around the market for natural body products and essential oils, dog treats and accessories, wood-crafted jewelry, and unique plants and flowers.
